quotes yeah its really good i have it as a long wheel base for normal riding and its so stable, but slide it in all the way and it is soooo easy to manual and hop about, no it is quick release or a 10mm axle however i am going to get a engineer friend to machine it a little wider so it will accept a 12mm axle, just out of personal preference, i doubt it will make any difference to stiffness as it is unmoveable at the minute
